Our factory have a daily production capacity of 30,000 units, and a wide range of cooling fan including DC&AC axial fan、blower、EC fan、frameless fan & fan accessories, meet UL、CCC、CUL、CE、RoHS standard, covers 20mm to 300mm, are widely used to computers, power supplies, home appliances, vehicle-mounted, communication, new energy, telecomm, medical treatment, electric welders etc.

ProductionThrough the unremitting efforts of our people over the years, we have 2 productions factory base, covering 8000+ square meters, including staff strength of over 100 qualified trained technicians, under 300W+sets production capacity per month.
Incoming components inspection – winding, solder dipping – assembly – semi-finished product inspection – buckle house and put label – finished product inspection – packaging and warehousing – spot check
Management Process
IQC inspect incoming components and with the necessary test certificates, where applicable.
Quality checks are performed at every stage of the manufacturing process to ensure that the end product conforms to the specifications.
The finished product is put through rigorous tests like Burn-In Test to ensure reliable and guaranteed sustained performance.
